Pursuant to § 7, para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we are responsible for proprietary content on this website in compliance with the general statutory regulations. However, according to § 8 – § 10 of the TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor any third-party information which is transmitted or stored, or to search for indications of illegal activity. Any statutory duty to remove or block the use of information remains unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the date when a specific violation of the law is identified.
